هذه ليست خطّة كرة قدم أو غيرها من الرياضات. و ليست عملية حسابية معقدّة مثلما يظهرها الأمر. و لكن في نفس الوقت هي عملية مركبّة و عويصة قادت أن تقود لبنان إلى حرب أهلية ثانية. إنها عدد ضئيل من التركيبات المتعلقة بتوزيع مقاعد الحكومة بين الأغلبية و المعارضة و توزيع مقاعد بيروت النيابية

The abovementioned numbers do not present a plan or tactics in a football games or whatever other sport. It is not mathematics' complicated opertaion. But at the same time it is a complicated composed operation which led Lebanon to the edge of a second civil war.
It represents some of the possible combinations to share the governments seats between the majority and the opposition and the division of the district of Beirut for the next election.
