Before leaving, the unconstitutional President has insisted over taking another uncostitutional order. He steps down, handing the security file to the military. A military which already is taking the file since Nahr Al Barred fight.Just to make it clear to the readers, what the ex-president Lahoud declared, IS NOT A STATE OF EMERGENCY. According to the Lebanese Constitution, only the Government can declare such state, and if the president is wanting to declare it, he needs the signature of the Prime Minister. Therefore, ex-president Lahoud has insisted over adding another unconstitutional step to his disastrous presidency.
Finally, Lahoud left, Lebanon is secure despite the shadow of the civil war. God Bless Lebanon
قبل أن يغادر قصر بعبدا أصر الرئيس اللبناني السابق إميل لحود على اتخاذ قرار غير دستوري معلنا توفر حالة الطوارئ بالبلد و مكلفا الجيش بالملف الأمني. و حتى لا تختلط الأمور على القارئ، فأرجو أن تعلموا أن مجلس الوزراء اللبناني هو المؤسسة الوحيدة القادرة على اتخاذ قرار إعلان الطوارئ و الرئيس يحتاج، إذا ما أراد اتخاذ القرار إلى توقيع رئيس الحكومة و هو ما لم يتوفر في قضية الحال. كما أن تكليف الجيش بالملف الأمني غير منطقي لأن الجيش مؤتمن على الملف الأمني منذ أحداث نهر البارد بل و منذ اغتيال الرئيس الشهيد رفيق الحريري. فقط الرئيس اللادستوري أراد إنهاءولايته بقرار غير دستوري
أخيرا لبنان بدون لحود..و رغم كل الأحداث استطاع لبنان المحافظة على أمنه و استقراره و تمسكه رغم شبح الحرب الأهلية المخيم على البلد..ليحمي الله لبنان
