The terrorist group which kidnapped two Austrian tourists has asked the Tunisian and Algerian authorities to release some prison inmates in exchange of the aforesaid tourists. From its side, Austria has asked Tunis and Algiers not to use military actions against the terrorist group of Al Qaida in the Islamic Maghreb in order to preserve the safety of the tourists. I would like to tell any one who tries to make an attempt on civilians' lives or to threat the security of the nations and the international peace, that WE DO NOT NEGOTIATE WITH TERRORISTS.
