I was listening to the statement of the Arab Ministers of Foreign Affairs following their meeting in Cairo. They met in order to prepare for the Summit which will be held in Damascus, Syria by the end of this month.
As usualy, they condemned the Israeli strikes over Gaza and the killing of the innocent people.
Concerning Lebanon, they urged for the election of President. But something was unusual in the statement. The Secretary General Mr. Amr Moussa when he was reading the statement he declared "the Arab Ministers of Foreign Affairs condemn the strikes and the violence made by the State of Israel against Palestinians" *. "THE STATE OF ISREAL", to the contrary of previous statement where Arabs described Israelis as "zionists". Does this mean implicitly that the Arab World is recognizing the State of Israel?
