The Arab leaders are gathered for the moment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, starting their summit. Millions of eyes are looking towards Riyadh and to what the Arab decision makers will decide. The Arab world has never touch any implementation of previous summits' decisions, however many are describing this summit of Riyadh as a very important one (as they described that of Tunis & then of Algiers). Although the Arab leaders will try to re-initiate the Saudi's paper during the summit of Beirut in 2002 towards Israel (asking Israel to withdraw until the borders of 1967, declaration of the State of Palestine and naturalization of the diplomatic relations between the Arab world and Israel), the folder of Lebanon is one of the most important files, I hope that the Arab Leader do not forget Iraq, Somalia, Sudan, The Shara, Comores Islands, The Emirates' Islands colonised by Iran, Mauritania & Yemen.
Among the most important leaders who are absent, the Tunisian President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali, the Lybian colonel Kaddafi and the Sultan of Oman, Sultan Qabus Bin Said.
