Next Sunday the 19th of March 2006, all the youth houses of my government BIZERTA, are going to Welcome the Spring, as we used to do since 2000. Location: district of Utique, exactly in a region of El Mabtouh. It is an occasion to organize workshops about envirenement, health, culture, to meet with the youth of the region, to exchange ideas, thoughts, to eat together and especially to celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of the Independence of Tunisia.
