عذرا حزب الله فلقد تجاوزت الحدود

من الواضح أن حزب الله و حلفاء سوريا يسعون إلى تأزيم الوضع في لبنان. فحزب الله هو أول من نادى بالنزول إلى الشارع و إلى التظاهر و الاعتصام. أيعقل أن تكون تلك رغبة من يبحث عن الوحدة الوطنية و المصالحة؟ لماذا الآن المطالبة بحكومة الوحدة الوطنية و بالثلث المعطل؟ لماذا قبيل إقرار الحكومة اللبنانية لمنشروع المحكمة الدولية؟ لماذا في وقت أقرت فيه سوريا برفضها للمحكمة؟ ثم إنه في كل ديمقراطيات العالم، من له الأغلبية هو من يحكم بالتالي فلقد كان من حسن خلق الرئيس السنيورة إدخال الشيعة للحكومة فإذا بذيل الكلب لم ينعدل حتى بعد 40 سنة داخل قصبة. أليس السيد حسن نصرالله من أقر في تجمع 8 آذار/مارس أنه من الموالين لسوريا و إيران؟ أليس في ذلك إقراربالولاء لطرف أجنبي؟ طرف مازال يمانع في تطبيع العلاقات مع لبنان؟ عذرا حزب الله فلقد تجاوزت كل الحدود..اختطفت جنودا اسرائيليين و أقحمت لبنان في حرب كان في غنى عنها و بعت الشعوب العربية انتصارا زائفا. ما خسره لبنان و اللبنانيون يفوق كل التصورات..في وقت دكت فيه اسرائيل لبنان دكا..ماذا فعلت صواريخ حزب الله؟ فلنكن واقعيين..إنها كصواريخ المقاومة الفلسطينية..تسقط في الشوارع العامة و حدائق المنازل فتسبب في رد فعل اسرائيلي قاس..لنكن واقعيين و لنكف عن بيع وهم الانتصار للشعوب العربية المسكينةو لنمنح لبنان الهناء الذي طال البحث عنه

THE SIXTH LEBANESE MARTYR BURRIED...

A big funeral..a big farwell..a farwell in the dimension of the martyr. Beirut & Bikfaya said their last goodbye to the young MP Pierre Amine Gemayel, 34 killed on Tuesday. In the Church, the Lebanese Prime Minister, the President of the Parliament, the secretary general of the Arab League and the french foreign Minister. Hundred of thousands of Lebanese gathered at the Martyrs-Freedom square down town Beirut. From 8 am until 7 pm (Tunisian Time), a long farwell and a long funeral. God Bless Lebanon and its Martyrs.

عندما غادرت مبنى الجامعة بعد ظهر أمس الثلاثاء، فوجئت برسالة تصلني من صديقتي من لبنان جاء فيها :" الله لا يوفقهن. أتلو بيار الجميل. خربت البلد و خرب لبنان". رفقتي هذه شيعية و كانت رسالتها القصيرة، الغنية بالمعاني، ذات دلالات عديدة من شخص عايش الحروب و انعدام الأمن. في وقت طالب فيه الجميع التزام الهدوء، آمل ان لا نعود إلى 1974 . كل اللبنانيون متفقون على ذلك و المهم هو كشف حقائق الاغتيالات

فليسقط حسن نصرالله..فليسقط حزب الله..فليسقط كل إنسان تسول له نفسه معارضة المصلحة اللبنانية و معرفة حقيقة اغتيال الحريري و استكشاف الأسباب الحقيقية وراء اختطاف الجنديين الإسرائليين و اندلاع حرب كان لبنان في غنى عنها. إنه وقت الحقيقة و وقت المحاسبة. حديث نصر الله الأخير لم يعجب العديد من البنانيين أنفسهم لأنه انطوى على العديد من المغالطات، كما أن القول أن حكومة السنيورة هي حكومة غير دستورية فهذا أمر مضحك لأن الرئيس البناني نفسه، العماد اميل لحود المتمسك بعدم دستورية الحكومة، وجوده على سدة الرئاسة و داخل قصر بعبدا، هو في حد ذاته غير دستوري. فالتمديد لولايته جاء بناء على تدخل سوري حماية لمصالح سورية و حلفائها و كان ذلك التمديد غير دستوري. أما فيما يتعلق بالحكومة، ففي كل دول العالم الأغلبية الفائزة هي من تكون الحكومة. و الرئيس فؤاد السنيورة أبى، بعد فوزه في الانتخابات الأخيرة، إلا أن يشارك الشيعة في الحكومة مع إنهم مع الأقلية المعارضة. لم يكن مجبرا على ذلك، بل أرادها حكومة وحدة وطنية و مصالحة قبل أن يطالبوا هم بها فإذا "جاء كاري..ولاّ ملاّك". أن يقال إن حكومة السنيورة تتلقى أوامرها من السفير الأمريكي فهذا قول خطير و غير مقبول و مغلوط. فماذا عن إيران و سوريا؟ بل أكثر من ذلك. ما المشكل في التعامل مع أمريكا؟ أليس ذلك حال كل الحكومات العربية؟ فأين شذوذ الموقف البناني. لا..يا سيد حسن نصرالله. لقد حان الوقت للتشاور الصحيح و البناء..حان الوقت لتكشف سوريا من اغتال كمال جنبلاط..كيف تعامل امين الجميل و سمير جعجع مع الإسرائليين لحظة غزو لبنان..ما دور المريض مشال عون في الحرب الأهلية..أين هم المعتقلون البنانيون في سوريا..متى تعترف الجمهورية العربية السورية بترسيم الحدود و بلبنانية مزارع شبعا و بتبادل السفراء مع بيروت..متى ينخرط جنود حزب الله بالجيش البناني..متى تكشف حقيقة اغتيال الحريري و طويني و قصير و غيرهم؟ اليس بالإجابة على هذه الأسئلة نحقق السلم و المصالحة و الوحدة الوطنية؟؟

عفوا سيد حسن نصرالله

الخطاب الذي ألقاه السيد حسن نصرالله يوم أمس الأحد، انطوى على العديد من المغالطات و المفاراقات. كان خطاب من جعلته حرب 33 يوما ضد إسرائيل بطلا قوميا، عربيا، بعد تدمير لبنان و إعادته 20 سنة للوراء، دعى أنصاره، بطريقة أو بأخرى للخرةج إلى الشارع مذكرا كيف قامت حكومة كرامة بعدم منع المتظاهرين الداعمين للحريري و الذين اعتصموا بساحة الشهداء و سط بيروت. لا يا سيد نصر الله. لقد أمرت حكومة كرامة الجيش و الشرطة بالنزول إلى الشارع و منع اللبنانيين من الوصول إلى ساحة الشهداء و من دخول بيروت لكن قوى 14 آذار مارس طالبت المتظاهرين بجلب الورود و تقديمها لقوى الأمن و هو ما حدث. السيد نصر الله و لأول مرة ظهر كبقية العرب المولعين بوضع العصي في الدواليب و تعطيل سير الحكومة منحازا إلى العماد ميشال عون و غيره من الذين أعماهم الوصول إلى السلطة و الكرسي مهما كلف الأمر و مهما كلفني أنا فسأضل مدافعا عن فريق 14 آذار من أجل مصلحة لبنان و ضد حزب الله شاء من شاء و أبى من أبى و اللي مش عاجبو، يشرب من البحر الميت

حزب الله وراء مقتل الحريري

مع كل ما يدور في بلد الأرز، لبنان الغالي، بدأت أؤمن أن عدد من التيارات السياسية هناك وراء عدد من الأحداث. فمعى قرب تنظيم محكمة دولية لمحاكمة قتلة الرئيس الشهيد رفيق الحريري و محاسبة المتواطئين، فاجئنا حزب الله و حركة أمل بالإ نسحاب من الحكومة قبيل إقرارها نظام المحكمة مع حرب كلامية يترأسها العماد ميشال عون.كما أن حملة التصعيد التي يشنها الشيخ حسن نصرالله لا تليق به. من الواضح أن سوريا و إيران تريدان المحافظة على ورقة ضغط في لبنان ضد الولايات المتحدة و إسرائيل. فخروج إسرائيل من مزارع شبعا، و هو أمر ممكن لو مارست الولايات المتحدة ضغوطا عليه و لكن ذلك لا يمكن ما دامت سوريا ترفض تقديم و ثيقة رسمية تقر فيها أن مزارع شبعا لبنانية لأن كل ذلك سيتسبب في نزع سلاح حزب الله و تحوله لمجرد حزب سياسي و فقدانه للمقاومة قد يفقده شعبيته المتانهية و بالتالي ستفقد سوريا و إيران ورقة لبنان و يصبح عليهما مواجهة المنتظم الأممي. لقد برهنت الحرب الأخيرة بين حزب الله و إسرائيل أن الحزب يمتلك قدرات أكثر بكثير مما تصوره الجميع، و لا أستبعد شخصيا أن يكون حزب الله وراء إغتيال الرئيس الحريري، فعدد كبير من المناهضين لسوريا تمت تصفيتهم منذ الحرب الأهلية اللبنانية و علينا التوقف عن اتهان أمريكا و إسرائيل، فنحن العرب لسنا بأقل دنائة منهما و التاريخ يشهد على ذلك. إن من قام بتصفية جسدية و عرقية لأبناء وطنه على غرار الرئيس السوري الراحلحافظ الأسد لمواطني حماة لأنهم معارضون أو ما أقدم عليه صدام حسين أو حتى عدد من المسؤولين اللبنانيين الذين تعاونوا مع إسرائيل لحظة غزوها لبنان في 1982، أكيد هم قادرون على اغتيال أطراف أجنبية كالحريري. إنه لمن العار على العماد ميشال عون سعيه المحموم من أجل الوصول إلى كرسي الرئاسة كما أنه لمن العار موقف حزب الله و دعوته للنزول إلى الشارع. محاولات يائسة ستجعل أصحابها منبوذين من التاريخ و سيبقى لبنان

RECTIFICATION...

عندما تحدثت في وقت سابق عن استهتار التونسيين و استخفافهم بعدد من الأمور، ذكرت ما يتعلق بالحجاب. على كل نزع الحجاب لا يمنعه قانون بل المنشور رقم 108 و الذي صدر في بداية التسعينات و هو يمنع لبس الحجاب في المؤسسات العمومية و المدارس و المعاهد و الكليات و الأماكن العامة. و لكن يبقى نص قانوني. هرم القوانين يتضمن في أعلاه الدستور، فالمعاهدات الدولية، القوانين الدستورية، القوانين العادية، فالأوامر و التراتيب ثم المناشير. يبقى الغير قانوني هو مدى تطبيقها خارج روح النص القانوني

HEZBOLLAH BEHIND KILLING HARIRI...

I am following what is happening in Lebanon and hereinafter my comments:

I believe that the decision of hezbollah and Amal movement to withdraw their ministers from the cabinet, is a political step which is taken to put obstacles to the government when implementing UN security council to create a Special Court to judge the responsibles of killing Hariri. We have to ask ourselves, why right now Hezbollah and Amal movement have taken such step?

Hasan Nasrallah is not a prophet to be over mistakes. His latest speeches against the 14th of March group were speeches of declaring war and hate between Lebanese citizens. The opposition are saying that the government and the majority are serving foreign interests, however it becomes very clear that the opposition is serving foreign interests too. Those of Syria and Iran.

Michen Aoun is speaking to the "great people of Lebanon", he, who killed thousands of people during the civil war.

Others, as Dr. Sameer Jaajaa and President Ameen Jmail, they contacted the Israelis when they invaded Lebanon in 1982.

Rafic Hariri was a great man. He built the new Lebanon.

The war on Lebanon with Isarel has shown that Hezbollah has much more military forces than expected. Many are saying that Suria is behind the killing, I ADD, HEZBOLLAH MAY BE the KILLER ordered by SYRIA.

I know that many of you are saying, no, it is not true. Other are saying, no, it's Isarel behind it. Why always Israel & USA? Why we are drawing them as big monsters?

I believe in one thing: WE THE ARABS, WE ARE NOT ANGELS!

من الواضح أن التونسيين بدؤا يتخطون نطاق المعقول و باتوا يفتقرون لحنكتهم المعهودة. لذلك أريد أن أتقاسم معكم

هذه الخواطر

عدد من شوارع قلب العاصمة التونسية تونس دون تنوير عمومي. فهل يعقل ذلك

نزع الحجاب قانوني و لا بد من احترام القانون و لكن القانون واضح و صريح و عام و هي شروط لا بد من تونفرها في أي نص قانوني. القانون يمنع ارتداء الحجاب داخل مراكز العمل و بصفة خاصة التابعة للدولة لكن للأسف عدد من اعوان الأمن يقومون بإيقاف المتحجبات في الشارع لنزع الحجاب، هذه التصرفات غير قانونية و غير دستورية و تتسبب في خلق مشاكل و أخطاء تحسب على السلطة السياسية في حين أنها بريئة من تلك التصرفات الشخصية و الاجتهادات الخاطئة

التونسيون لا يحترمون قانون الطرقات و لا بد من ردعهم

تفاقم الظواهر الغير أخلاقية بشوارعنا على غرار اللباس الخليع و التلفظ بعبارات نابية دون احترام

الحرية هي مسؤولية فبل كل شئ

قام أحد مدربي الكاراتيه بتدريب الأطفال بالشارع، أمام إحدى دور الشباب دون رعايتهم من خطر الطريق و السيارات و الحافلات و عندما اتصل أحد المواطنين بمركز للحرس الوطني حماية للأطفال و لإعادة السير الطبيعي للسيارات ، ماذا كان الرد؟ لم يصل و لو عون واحد

A MAN OF WAR..A MAN OF PEACE..TWO YEARS AFTER YASSER ARAFAT..

Two years now after the death of a great leader. A man of war and a man of peace, Yasser Arafat, is great person. He becomes the Symbol of Palestine with his "koffiyeh" and his military uniform. When he died, two years ago, I have been surprised and shocked. It was ramadhan by the time and I was sleeping waiting for the coming of my friend to go out before the sunset. When he came with another friend, he opened the TV set. They were broadcasting the Holy Quran. I did not pay attention because it is ramadhan and it is usual to broadcast Quran, but what attracted my attention was when I heard my friend's friend saying: "damn!the world will be in mourn for more than a week now". I was in the W.C. washing my head. I run back into my room asking: "sorry!what have you said right now?". My friend looked at me and asked :"you were sleeping! do not tell me that..", I cut his words "do not tell me that Yasser Arafat has died?", he replied :"yes". I was shocked and I started crying. I have liked that man. I respect him. After attending his funeral, I paid a visit to the Palestinian Embassy in Tunis where I have paid tribute to a great leader, a man of war and a man of peace. God Bless you ya Abu Ammar.

19 ANS DE CHANGEMENT..LA TUNISIE VERS OU?

La Tunisie et les tunisiens ont bien fetés les 19 ans du changement. Une stabilité politique, un progrès économique et une divérsité qui touche tout les domaines, la Tunisie est devenue un pays exemplaire MAIS il nous reste beaucoup à faire. En fait je me demande quand est ce que nous arretront les festivités du changement? C'est une date phare..oui; c'est une date qui a changée le future de la Tunisie..absolument..mais il nous reste un long chemin à parcourrir. Vive la Tunisie..la loyauté est pour la Tunisie et rien que la Tunisie.

SADDAM HUSSEIN SENTENCED TO DEATH..HE DESERVES IT..

Last week Saddam Hussein was sentenced to death by hanging. I do not like to say that I am happy for that, but I believe that he deserves it. What is shaming is that many arab cirizens are unhappy with the sentence. Saddam Hussein is not a martyr..Saddam Hussein is not a hero..Saddam Hussein as Hitler and Mussolini before, he is a first class killer. He made a lot of mistakes and he shall pay the bill now. I am surprised from those who are describing a killer as a hero. Just to fresh up their minds, Saddam Hussein has participated in the killing of one Iraqi president, he killed some of his opponents live on TV when "Baath Congress", he ordered to kill people in Dujeil, Anfal and in the Iraqi Kurdastan. He made wars with his neighboors: Iran and Koweit. If we look to Sharia'a regulations as well as to the positive laws, Saddam Hussein deserves to be sentenced to death by all means. This is a tragic and shamful end to a dictator. May this be a lesson for many of his same around the World.

اعلنت وزارة الخارجية التونسية في بيان الاربعاء اغلاق سفارة الجمهورية التونسية في قطر احتجاجا على "حملة مغرضة مركزة تستهدف الاساءة لتونس" تقوم بها قناة الجزيرة القطرية
واضاف بيان الوزارة انه "امام هذا التطور الخطير قررت تونس انهاء تمثيلها الدبلوماسي في قطر وغلق سفارتها في الدوحة رغم ما تكنه من مودة وتقدير لقطر الشقيق"
وجاء القرار التونسي عقب بث قناة الجزيرة في 14 تشرين الاول/اكتوبر مقابلة مع المعارض التونسي منصف المرزوقي دعا فيها الى "العصيان المدني" ضد السلطات التونسية
واوضحت وزارة الخارجية التونسية في بيانها ان قناة الجزيرة "دأبت على مجافاة الحقيقة والموضوعية في تعاطيها مع الشأن التونسي مستهترة باخلاق المهنة وبأبسط قواعدها وذلك في اطار حملة مغرضة مركزة تستهدف الاساءة لتونس"
وبثت القناة القطرية لقاء آخر مع منصف المرزوقي رئيس حزب "المؤتمر من اجل الجمهورية" المحظور بعد ساعات من عودته السبت الماضي الى تونس اثر فترة اقامة في فرنسا استمرت خمس سنوات
والمرزوقي (61 عاما) الذي بقي طليقا بعد عودته الى تونس قال انه يرفض الاستجابة لاستدعاء من قاضي التحقيق الذي يرغب في مساءلته عن دعوته في مقابلته الاولى مع الجزيرة الى "توحيد كافة اشكال المقاومة" في تونس
واضاف بيان الخارجية التونسية "ان ما اقدمت عليه قناة الجزيرة القطرية في الاونة الاخيرة من مواقف مغرضة ومقصودة تجاوز كل الحدود ويتنافى مع كل المبادئ والاخلاق التي يقوم عليها العمل الاعلامي
وتابع "ان هذه المواقف تجاوزت حرية التعبير بفتح المجال للتحريض على اعمال الشغب والنداء للفتنة مما يتناقض مع كل الاعراف والمواثيق الدولية وقواعد التعامل بين الدول"
ومضت الخارجية التونسية تقول "ان تونس التي تحترم حرية الرأي والتعبير وتمارسها وتقدر الاعلام النزيه حق قدره قد جعلت من هذه المبادئ النبيلة خيارا اساسيا في توجهاتها السياسية والتزمت بها قولا وممارسة"

TUNISIA, QATAR, AL JAZEERA & I...

Tunisia has closed its embassy in Doha, Qatar because of what is called a "hostile campaign" against Tunisia. The statement added that Tunisia is withdrwing its diplomatic mission "despite the esteem and respect in which it holds this brother country." According to the aforesaid statement, Al Jazeera "ignores truth and objectivity every time that it deals with current affairs in Tunisia ... apparently waging a hostile campaign aimed at harming Tunisia." The Tunisian Foreign Ministry emphasised that "in its deliberately malevolent attitude towards Tunisia, Al-Jazeera has gone beyond every limit and broken the moral rules on which journalistic practice is based." It added, "Such stances are also in contradiction with the principle of free expression, because they incite disorder and sedition, violating international laws and usage and the values which underpin relations between states." MORE, the foreing ministry said: "Tunisia, which respects and exercises freedom of opinion and expression and appreciates all honest information to its full value, has made these noble values its own and a fundamental part of its political policies."

I do not agree with such step. WHY not to close our Embassy in France for example? or in Washignton DC?

I believe that such decision was taken with no reasonable care!

TUNISIA AND THE VEIL..?

The topic these days in Tunisia, is the govermental and security compaign against the veil. Many girls and women have been embaressed or ennuied by the authorities because of wearing the veil. I believe and I KNOW that some girls and women wear the veil however they are BITCHES and WHORES, but many others are wanting just to obey the religious law: al sharia'a. As to my concern, I believe of what is called: DIFFERENCE and RESPECT of the others' choice. You are FREE to do whatever you want but in accordance to LAWS. Which means, in my point of view, that as long as you are not a threat to the national security or the public order and as long as you behave good, you are free.

I heard some ministers and officials saying that the veil will bring back the Tunisian woman to the stages of the 18th and the 19th century and that the Tunisian woman will loose her achievements since August 1956. I reply to them, SORRY, this is not true. LOOK to Iran, Saudi Arabia, Emirates, Koweit, Qatar, Egypt, Morocco, Sudan, Bahrain, Lebanon, Syria, Indonesia and Malaysia. The VEIL is not an OBSTACLE..to progress, to work and to invent. However, the MENTALITIES could be when depriving people from their freedom of speech and their rights to live in dignity!

WHAT IF WE MAKE PEACE WITH ISRAEL..?

Last time I was watching a documentary broadcasted by France 2. The topic was about the Middle East peace process. Watching it, I have asked my self: "look! what will happen if all the arab countries sign peace treaty with Israel?" What do you think? May be things will be changed and by signing peace treaties, we may negotiate with them the Palestinian case afterwads. I believe that is better for both of us the break the ice. To try to build bridges of communication, ti end the hate of centuries ago and to begin direct talks.

I believe in peace and I will die for it.

My beloved town, Bizerta is celebrating the 43th anniversary of the evacuation of the last French Soldier. Today, we have already received the President Ben Ali and many officials and citizens. It is a moment during which we remember all those who lost their lives in order to bring us independence and dignity. May they rest in Peace.

WHY DO WE HATE THE UNITED STATES..?

I know that for many of you this is the most stupid question they ever heard. However I believe that it is time for asking such question. WHY DO WE HATE THE USA? I challenge you that no body is knowing the answer. According to my experience with people, I have noticed that their opinions regarding to the USA are very confused. The only thing that all of us agree on is that the US policy toward our region specially in the Middle East and regarding to the conflict with Israel, is unfair. I know that many of you will remind me of Iraq, Afghanistan, North Korea, Iran, Myanmar, and many more. Let me tell you, that we shall not blame the Americans or the Israelis for what is happening to us! We share them the responsibility of what is happening to us! We must stop playing the role of the victim.

People who are dying in Iraq are the Iraqis, killed by Iraqis. May be tens of US and British soldiers are being killed per month, but hundrerds of Iraqis are being killed per day!

I believe that it is rather to the Iraqis to build their country then killing them selves. It is said that an Iraqi federal state is a threat. Yes, it is threat because it will be governed by Arabs! USA, Brazil, Australia, India, Russia, Germany, Mexico, Argentina, Malysia are federal countries; Italy, Spain, UK are countries with given-power to the regions. All these countries, despite the multi race which are living in, they have maintained their unity. Why a federal state could not succeed in Iraq?

Why to hate the USA, although we want wearing Levis' jeans, eating hamburger, drinking Coca Cola or Pepsi, visiting the States, watching US movies, listening to US singers and music and in some arabic countries using the US Dollar? We like all of these, but when talking about freedom of speech, democracy, voting, and human rights, we start being humilated!

Why should we blame the USA because of it is policy specially after the 9/11?

They are trying to protect their country and it is their right! Many of you do not know what the hell does it mean live in terror! When I have been in New York, I have been notified of a probable terrorsit attack in NYC subway. I have lived in terror and I felt what does it mean to be in danger.

Why blaming the others because of our stupid strategy?

The 9/11 are terrorsit attacks, no one can change my judgement of that! It was the date that changed the world to the worst and that served our ennemies' policy.

It is better to correct oneself before blaming the others.

Hating the US will not solve the problem. I am convinced that we rae facing a common threat and a common ennemy: TERRORISM and we shall try, each one of us from its side, to build bridges of communication between civilisations.

WHY NOT TO OPEN THE DOORS OF THE PRESIDENTIAL PALACE OF CARTHAGE?

Looking to the presidential palace from Sidi Bou Said mountain, you may feel the security, safety, dignity and an absolute calm. I entered the presidential palace of Carthage in 2003. These days I am asking myself , why do not the authorities open the doors of the palace to the public? I think it will be great to visit the palace which is one of Carthage's monument. The palace witnessed the end of the Monarchy, the out of El Bey and his family from a back door after the annoucement of the Republic in 1957, it witnessed then the build of the modern and independent Tunisia with the late leader Habib Bourguiba and then the change with President Ben Ali and the look for a better future. I believe that it will be great if the public discover what is behind the doors of the palace like when visiting Buckingham Palace, the palace of Versailles, L'Elysée or the white House. The entrence to the palace will then bring funds to it. What do you think?
